Rooming Locations & Pricing:

Sea Cliff Standard Hotel Room – $1,400.00 PP / Double Occupancy

Ocean View Villa – $1775.00 per person / Double Occupancy

Ocean Front Villa. – $2000.00 per person / Double Occupancy

A limited number of One Bedroom Sea Cliff Apartments and Two Bedroom Ocean Front Villas are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

Double Occupancy rates include one (1) round trip ground transfer per reservation to Caliente Caribe from Puerto Plata, Samana, Santiago and Santo Domingo airports.

Single attendees will be paired up with other same sex single guests to share a room with two beds. Single Share accommodations are only available in the Sea Cliff Standard Room category, and subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. If we are unable to share you with another guest within 60 days of your arrival, your reservation/rate will be changed to that of a Single Guarantee.

Single Guarantee accommodations (an entire room to yourself) are only available in the Sea Cliff Standard Room category and subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. Please add 50% to advertised rates for Single Guarantee Accommodations. Single Share guests will receive a one way complimentary ground transport from the airport. Single Guarantee guests will receive a round trip complimentary ground transport from the airport.

Attendance to Kink In The Caribbean is limited, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. First guests to book will receive best available rooms and locations.

***A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required to hold your reservation.***

All reservations must be paid in full no later than August 31, 2012.

ALL BOOKINGS RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 1, 2012 WILL INCUR A 10% INCREASE PER PERSON AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO HOLD RESERVATION.

FORCE MAJEURE:
The performance of all agreements made between A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. and all attendees is subject to any/all circumstances wwhich might make it either illegal or impossible to provide use of the venue facilities, including Acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder or curtailment of transportation facilities. All agreements may be terminated for any one of the above reasons by written notice from A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT:
If the event known as KINK IN THE CARIBBEAN is cancelled due to any reason as stated above, with the exception of legal or government regulations which would prohibit A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. from continuing the event, tthe event promoters will reschedule the event within six (6) months or within a reasonable time period as provided by the circumstances which caused the event to be postponed or cancelled. A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. will provide as much advance and written notice as possible to inform attendees of any change to the posted date and time of the event. In addition, any and all pre-paid and pre-registered attendees will hold harmless A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC., it’s members, it’s staff, it’s temporary employees, co-sponsors of the event or any event-related events for any Force Majeure as defined above, which forced the event to be temporarily cancelled or postponed.

A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. , its members, staff, temporary employees, co-sponsors, or any event-related events are not responsible or liable for any claim, action, damages, costs or other expenses including, but not limited to, loss or change of air fare and any associated fees thereof, hotel fees, or pre-registration fees suffered by any paid and pre-registered attendee due to any Force Majeure which forced the event to be temporarily cancelled or postponed. Any and all pre-paid and pre-registered attendee fees will be honored by A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. when and if the event is rescheduled (with the exception of legal or government regulations resulting in cancellation or postponement)

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC. and any party bringing suit against said corporation agree to use its best efforts to resolve any disputes through informal means. In the unlikely event that formal action must be taken, all parties agree that the exclusive venue for any and all disputes arising out of any agreement written or verbal shall be in the county or city in which A.I. ENTERTAINMENT, INC resides. To the extent allowed by law, the parties hereto hereby waive the right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding regarding the dispute of any and all agreements whether verbal or written.

Cancellation Policy & Penalties:

90 to 61 Days Before Arrival – Deposit PLUS 10% Penalty on Remaining Balance.

60 to 31 Days Before Arrival – Deposit PLUS 50% Penalty on Remaining Balance.

Within 30 Days of Arrival – 100% Penalty
